The registration fee includes participation in the scientific sessions, congress documentation, attendance certificate, coffee breaks and working lunches on 5, 6 and 7 October and the closing dinner on 7 October.
No name changes are accepted once the registration process has been initiated.
Cancelling the registration any later than 1 September 2016incurs a 100% cancellation charge. Prior to this date, cancellations should be submitted to the Technical Secretariat in writing and will incur cancellation charges of 50%.
Any incident, issue or payment due will be checked and dealt with by the Technical Secretariat within 30 days after the Congress finishes.

All registrations should be made online to facilitate their control, as using the passwords will enable you to access the system at any time and check all of the registrations made and the status of each one as well as being able to register delegates for the pre-congress courses.
Requests are not accepted by any other means (Excel lists, email or by PDF registration form).
Registrations for the Congress can be done online or by downloading the registration form in PDF and emailing it duly completed to [email protected] or sending it to fax number (34) 963 33 79 30.
The registration will be effective once a copy of the payment transfer has been received (by mail or fax) by the Technical Secretariat of the Congress on which the name of the registered delegate or the invoice number should appear as part of the payment description.
How to register online
The first time you log on you need to register in the system and send your registration data. You will automatically receive an email with your user code and access password.
Go back to the main menu/delegates and enter the user name and password provided to access your personalized menu in which you will find the Delegate Registration Form. You will need to complete the required data and send off the form. Once it is received by the Secretariat, you will automatically receive an email confirming the information provided as well as any requests made.
You can access your PERSONAL PANEL as many times as you like to consult the status of your registration request, to make new requests, amend information, etc.
